By the ASEAN Sports Minister gathering

At the ASEAN Sports Ministers in Yogyakarta the ASEAN member agreed to establish the single coordinating board said the Indonesian Sports Minister Andi Mallaranggeng.

Andi Mallaranggeng also said that in order to support the ASEAN goal to form a single community by 2015 and boost the region’s achievement in sports especially in global events, ASEAN Sports Ministers agree to establish a coordinating board after attending an ASEAN Sports Ministerial Meeting (ASMM).

Andi Mallaranggeng appoint as the chairman of the newly established board with Lao’s Sports Minister Phankam Viphavanh as the vice chairman. According to the minister that the board will set up a working plan from the help of an Expert Group Meeting (EMG) which also has been newly established.

Bali bombing – Umar patek will be prosecute in the island of Bali

Did you remember about Bali bombing in 2002, then soon the man as the main perpetratrors will soon bring to justice by the Denpasar district court.

Although the Denpasar district court had not yet received information about the trial but some news already circulating that Unar Patek will be facing trial in Bali.

“If the trial will be in Bali because to the reference of ‘locus delicti’ or crime scene in Bali, then we are ready,” he said.

The Umar Patek could be done in several location between Bali or Jakarta and it depend on the decree of the Minister of Justice and Human Rights.

Ideally it must held in Denpasar district court but again it depend on the decision later.
